She has demonstrated leadership in managing academic programs, faculty development, and strategic operations.

Her expertise includes faculty leadership, curriculum design, and product development, as well as marketing and sales in both B2B and B2C environments. With an extensive background in program management, including a focus on healthcare and business education, she has led initiatives that resulted in significant program growth, strategic partnerships, and funding.

Her leadership and collaborative approach have led to the establishment of the WGU National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) Student Chapter and associated WGU NSLS scholarships.
