Dr. Victor Aluise is Vice President and Dean of WGU’s School of Business Programs and co-creator of its new coaching program. He is a mission driven leader with 20+ years’ experience transforming digital teaching and learning in fully online and hybrid settings through personalization, AI, and immersive learning experiences. Previously, Dr. Aluise served as Head of Learning Systems for Amazon where he designed, implemented, and expanded global higher education programs in business and Cloud technology. He also served as Divisional Vice President of Global Digital Solutions for Laureate Education, the largest network of higher ed institutions serving 1.2 million students and 70,000 faculty worldwide. He has held executive leadership positions at Scholastic and McGraw-Hill Education. He obtained his B.S. degree from Carnegie Mellon University and his doctoral degree from Columbia University in the City of New York.
