Be a Part of WGU Nevada’s Inaugural Commencement
You’ve worked hard to graduate and we are excited to celebrate with you here in the Silver State. We are thrilled to announce WGU Nevada will host its inaugural commencement on Saturday, May 21, 2016, at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas located at 1610 Lake Las Vegas Parkway in Henderson. We can’t wait for you to be a part of the celebration. Do you have a compelling story? A story that would motivate and inspire others? We invite you to apply to speak at commencement so you can share that story with others.
Now through the end of March, we are accepting graduate speaker applications. Selected speakers will have the opportunity to deliver a 5-minute speech about their WGU Nevada story to fellow graduates, faculty, and guests. Specifically we are looking for stories about how your experience at WGU Nevada has made a difference and how earning a degree has improved your life and your family’s.
