The Texas Men in Education Impactors Network is designed to:
- Build intentional pathways into teaching careers
- Support men throughout their educational journey
- Partner with communities and schools to scale impact
- Strengthen the educator workforce where it’s needed most
Only 23% of teachers in the U.S. are men, and in elementary schools, that number drops to just 1 in 10. The Texas Men in Education Impactors Network is focusing on reshaping the narrative and strengthening K-12 representation and beyond.
